We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping with us at Wee Little Me/www.WeeLittleMeOnline.com. All merchandise has been personally selected by Shannon Sanford, IBCLC and has been found to be of excellent quality and purpose.  We hope that all purchases are a perfect fit but we understand that sometimes there may be a problem.  Therefor we want to make returns as easy as possible. 

 

Our return policy is as follows:

 

  • Returns accepted with receipt only

 

In Store:

  • All merchandise must be in new or like new condition, unworn/unwashed and it’s in original packaging and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and tags.
  • Within 30 days – Provide your receipt or packing slip/invoice for an exchange or merchandise refund.

 

Online

  • All merchandise must be in new or like new condition and it’s in original packaging and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and tags.
  • Please fill out and include a refund form for all online returns
  • Returns will only be accepted via USPS or UPS.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return requirements.

 

Gift Registry Returns

  • Gift Registrants may exchange the gifts they receive up to 30 days following due date of the registered pregnancy.

 

Items not eligible for return:

  • Personal use items (breast pumps, parts and accessories)
  • Gift Certificates
  • Special Orders
  • Co-sleepers
  • Clearance items
  • Food items (teas, cookies, herbs & supplements)
  • Rental contracts
  • Wholesale purchases
  • Worn, soiled or stained items
  • Warranty returns (Please call the manufacturer for warranty issues.)
  • Monogrammed or personalized items unless there is a manufacturer defect
